Welcome to Cornelison Auctions

Customer and client care is at the forefront of our business. Cornelison Auctions has built a reputation for professionalism, and proven results across North Alabama and Southern Middle Tennessee. Our goal is not to be the largest auction firm but to be the most trusted— our name goes hand in hand with trust and honesty.

We conduct both online and live auctions for real estate and personal property, pairing thoughtful planning with expert guidance to help clients achieve maximum efficiency and return. Our approach is built on education, transparency, and a commitment to a smooth, successful auction experience. We also offer property value consulting and work alongside probate attorneys, providing knowledgeable support in estate and transitional situations.

Every real estate auction is strategically positioned in the MLS across Alabama and Tennessee, backed by multi-channel marketing — including Google and social platforms — for maximum exposure online and in person.
